What Does Dialogue Editing Entail?

We ONLY focus on dialogue making sure everything moves smoothly and is in sync to picture. 


Its very important to record the audio as good as you can in production. 


Great on set sound recordings always helps and saves money in post.

Production Sound Notes

To help us provide the highest quality of service and quick turn around we ask that you have your location sound person do the following. 


  • Label File Names to Match the Slate.
  • Label Tracks Names(e.g. Boom, Lav, etc..)
  • Provide a Sound Report
  • Record at 24bit/48khz poly .wav files or client specified rates.
  • Get 30 seconds of room tone per location/setup. 
  • Ref Tone:20khz 
  • Make sure a slate, clap, or some other form of sync is present in both the camera and recorder audio if timecode is NOT available.

Deliverables for Dialogue Editing

Please upload a 1 minute or less audio/video clip of your baddest dialogue.


Please allow 24-48 hours for someone to get back to you with an assessment.

What Happens Next?

We will listen and review your project to see if we are able to assist you. 


If we are able to work with the dialogue and you want to go forward you will receive an email with details and payment information. 

How Much Does Dialogue Editing Cost?

We charge $50/minute with a minimum of $50 even if project is less than a minute.
